Qualified Teacher Job - SEN School - Leicester
Hays are working in partnership with large SEN school in Leicester to find a SEN Teacher to join their close-knit team. This is a long-term temporary job to start in September. The successful candidate will have experience teaching pupils with a range of additional needs including Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.

Your new role
Inyour new job as a Teacher with Hays, you will take on teaching responsibilityfor pupils in this Key Stage 2 class with complex medical conditions. You’llwork with like-minded practitioners to deliver the schools’ excellentcurriculum. Hays Teachers make a positive impact on the lives of children andyoung people who have a range of care needs, life experiences and personalitieswhich make every day different! You’ll benefit on-going support from your Haysconsultant, Hollie, who will help you find the placements which suit yourskills and needs.
What you need to succeed
Tosucceed in your new job, you’ll hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have aminimum of 2 years’ experience teaching in a SEND environment. You’re someonewho loves taking on a challenge and you enjoy adapting to new situations.You’ll have supported with pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorderand/or Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. Most importantly, you’ll beconfident stepping into a new school and ready to support pupils with a rangeof needs.
