Job Purpose

Reporting to the Home Manager the Hospitality Manager / Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality hospitality services within the residential care home. This includes overseeing, catering and front-of-house services to ensure residents live in a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming environment.

The role focuses on enhancing residents’ wellbeing by providing a hotel-style service while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and care regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Hospitality & Resident Experience

Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, families, and visitors.

Promote a high standard of hospitality services across the home.

Ensure residents’ individual preferences and needs are respected within hospitality services.

Support the care team in delivering a comfortable and dignified living environment.

Catering & Dining Experience

Oversee the dining experience to ensure meals and drinks are served in a pleasant and timely manner.

Work with kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food and drink presentation, service, and hygiene.

Oulton Manor is a luxury residential care home set in contemporary surroundings located in the Oulton area of Leeds. Oulton Manor offers first class care and facilities with premium en-suite rooms for up to 77 residents, in a light and spacious setting.
