Overview
We are seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join our friendly outsourced HR company based in Seaford, East Sussex. This role offers a varied, flexible position supporting a wide range of clients across different sectors.
Your Expertise
* Experience as an HR Business Partner – Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist – managing and advising on complex employee relations issues.
* Ability to provide generalist HR support to a wide range of clients, thriving on both strategic and transactional HR.
* Enjoy working in an office environment with a team of passionate professionals, independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and competence in writing complex employee relation reports following an investigation process.
* Collaborative approach to help businesses achieve their people strategy and offer clear, pragmatic advice and guidance.

Requirements
* CIPD fully qualified with a passion for proactive, client-focused HR support.
* Depth of knowledge or experience in employee relations, contracts and policies.
* A full, clean driving licence and willingness to use your own vehicle to visit client offices.
