Field Care Supervisor – Up to £30,000 (including on-call payments)

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards).
* Proven experience as a Field Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, or Senior Healthcare Assistant/Carer.
* Strong knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding, and CQC standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A valid driver’s licence and access to a car (essential for travel).
* A flexible, supportive, and person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities
* Write, review, and update detailed care plans.
* Check and maintain accurate medication records.
* Audit care notes and documentation to ensure compliance.
* Liaise with clients and families, providing professional support and reassurance.
* Support with care visits in emergencies when required.
* Carry out quality assurance visits to monitor and improve service delivery.
* Travel across the region to supervise and support staff in the field.
