The Role You'll manage your own caseload of private client matters, from wills and probate through to more complex tax and estate planning. What You'll Be Doing Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, inheritance tax planning, estate administration and trusts Delivering clear, strategic advice with a high standard of client service Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and external business development activity Building your own client relationships with the support of senior colleagues Supporting junior team members and playing an active role in mentoring and team development where appropriate Working towards personal and team performance objectives, with full visibility over how to progress within the firm What They're Looking For A qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in private client work Strong knowledge of wills and probate, with experience handling a mix of complex and high-value matters Organised, efficient, and confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion Commercially minded, with excellent client-handling and interpersonal skills STEP or SOLLA membership is advantageous but not essential Why Apply?
