Acorn by Synergie are searching for a Machinery Sales Representative to join our client, a leading supplier of machinery and materials to cover a southern territory.
The purpose of the role is to develop new business, partnering with key OEMs. Driving new products and services into both new and existing customers.
Duties will include:
* Implementing sales strategies to sell new and existing products within the portfolio.
* Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
* Take a consultative approach to sales, consistently presenting customers with new products and services.
* Aim to maximise profitability.
* Regularly analyse the market to ensure the business stays competitive.
* Work in line with company policies, goals, focusing on short- and long-term objectives.
* Prepare monthly, Quarterly and yearly sales forecast.
* Collaborate with the UK Sales Team to develop a strategic business plan for future growth.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, and driven and be able to work in a structured, target oriented manner. Must have a proven track record of success in a Business Development role, within a technical sales environment ideally in the Produce/ Food Packing market.
