Duties and responsibilities –
Develop a prioritisation methodology using AMP data and building condition surveys
Lead stakeholder and member engagement
Produce a Cabinet Report recommending the 2026 programme (for November 2025 meeting)
Manage the term consultant (Aecom) to prepare design and tender packages
Establish the delivery programme for 2026
Coordinate quality service to schools on asset management advice and support
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including:
Planning colleagues
Archdiocese and Diocese
School representatives
