The post holder will ensure the school’s buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe, and fully operational. Core responsibilities include site security, cleanliness, porterage, supervision of contractors, routine maintenance, minor repairs, refurbishment works, and the delivery of planned maintenance programmes.
