What youll do
Youll be trained to manage the recruitment process end-to-end, acting as the link between businesses and candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels

* Managing live vacancies from brief through to placement
* Negotiating salaries and closing deals
* Developing your own specialist market
