The Opportunity
In this role you will be reporting into the Site Engineering Manager and you will be responsible for people, maintenance of the plant, buildings and services. Additionally the role will ensure that all machinery is ready for planned production requirements, as well as ensuring buildings and other services are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities :
1. You will have responsibility for Health and Safety and for embedding a safe ways of working culture within the team
2. You will need to manage, motivate and develop the engineering team - making sure that the right resources are in place to provide an efficient and effective service.
