Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - ARP (EYFS & KS1) Location: Hackney Start Date: September 2026 (July 2026 start available for the right candidate) Contract: Full-time, long-term Daily Pay: £120 increasing after 12 working weeks. SANZA Teaching Agency are exclusively recruiting for an exceptional HLTA to join a well-regarded primary school in Hackney, working within their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). This is not a role for a generalist. The school is seeking a highly experienced, confident practitioner who can take a leading role within the ARP and make an immediate impact on provision for pupils with autism and complex needs, particularly across EYFS and Key Stage 1. The Role You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day running of the ARP, supporting teaching and learning, leading interventions, and helping to shape a nurturing, structured, and highly responsive environment. For the right candidate, a July 2026 start is available to allow for a smooth transition and strong start in September.
