Key Responsibilities Teaching & Learning * Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum. * Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour and achievement. * Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND, EAL, and high attainers. * Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring timely interventions where necessary. * Maintain strong subject knowledge and stay updated with curriculum developments. Assessment & Tracking * Use a range of formative and summative assessment methods. * Analyse pupil data to inform planning and target setting. * Provide clear, constructive feedback to pupils and parents. * Contribute to school assessment processes, moderation, and reporting.
