What you'll do:
Be the first point of contact for pre-sales and stock enquiries, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional
Prepare accurate customer quotations
Manage sample requests with precision
Process incoming orders swiftly and accurately
Keep audit trails and paperwork spot-on and compliant
Follow up with customers to measure satisfaction and build lasting relationshipsWhat we're looking for:
A proactive, detail-oriented communicator who puts customers first
