Role Overview
This role has a high degree of autonomy to define and implement aspects of the marketing plan. This plan will increase the awareness of the business, position Personia as thought leaders in the pharmaceutical industry and generate increased customer engagement.
The successful applicant will be a proactive and creative marketeer who will elevate our digital presence, develop our website as well as defining and implementing a broader marketing plan that supports our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility of the company within the pharmaceutical sector in the UK, EU and US
* Website Management and Optimisation: Manage and update the company website to optimise user experience and maximise engagement
* Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives that build awareness and positioning
* Social Media Innovation: Work with scientific expertise within the business to create and manage engaging content across social media platforms to establish thought leadership and drive audience engagement
* Customer Segmentation: Review and refine customer segmentation strategies to target the company’s products and services to relevant customers
* Content Development: Coordinate the generation, editing, and placing of articles and insights in leading industry publications
* Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
* Lead Generation: Support initiatives to catalyse inbound leads through targeted campaigns and use of external lead generation organisations
What We’re Looking For
* Ideally a postgraduate in Business Studies with a strong focus on marketing
* Proven experience and track record of successfully driving the achievement of marketing outcomes
* An enthusiastic and innovative marketeer who is passionate about working with a team of scientific, medical and industry experts to make a difference
