As the Production Manager, you will take the helm of the production team and oversee all operations within the factory. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless and efficient production process. We are seeking an inspirational and hands-on leader who not only drives the team with enthusiasm but also fosters a supportive environment through mentorship and coaching. You will set the benchmark for performance and act as the leading force in promoting Operational Excellence throughout the facility, all while cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
You should possess a wealth of experience in ensuring the site is audit-ready and leading a production facility that is BRC-accredited. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to stringent food safety standards, upholding health and safety protocols, and consistently meeting KPIs.
