Role Summary The Sales & Estimating Manager plays a key role in driving business growth and strengthening our market position. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on management of the estimating and sales functions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing all tender and quotation submissions—ensuring that every proposal reflects both competitive pricing and company profitability.
