The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Paralegal Locum to join a friendly and supportive law firm based in Kent. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team and has a proactive approach to private client work.
You’ll be supporting the Probate Solicitor with a range of administrative and case management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department during a period of recruitment for a permanent team member. For the right individual, this opportunity could lead to a Temp to Perm position.
Key Responsibilities:

* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Probate Solicitor
\t
* Assisting with case preparation, document management, and drafting correspondence
\t
* Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner
\t
* Managing and maintaining accurate case files and records
\t
* Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
\t
* Previous experience as a Paralegal in Private Client or Probate work
\t
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\t
* Strong communication and client care skills
\t
* Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
\t
* Availability to work 2–3 days per week in the office
