Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have experience in Commercial Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience. Responsibilities as a Commercial property Solicitor: Experience of dealing with mixed caseloads of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, corporate support, finances, development and landlord and tenant Experience in property finance (optional) Confident in negotiating leases and supporting documents for commercial properties About you Property Commercial Property Solicitor: Strong knowledge and understanding in property law.
