Guest Services Host / Receptionist
City of London – Corporate Law Firm
Monday–Friday, 40 hours
£16.00 per hour
We’re looking for an exceptional Guest Services Host / Receptionist to be the face of a prestigious City of London law firm. This is not a traditional reception role — we need someone who delivers polished front-of-house service and is confident supporting hospitality duties across meeting rooms, client spaces, and events.

What you’ll do
1. Provide an outstanding welcome to clients, guests, and partners
2. Manage reception duties including check-ins, enquiries, room bookings, and switchboard
3. Support meeting room set-ups, hosting, refreshments, and client-care service
4. Assist with client lounge service, ensuring all areas are immaculate and well-presented
5. Help deliver VIP visits, internal events, and senior meetings
6. Liaise with hospitality, facilities, and security teams to ensure seamless guest journeys
7. Maintain a calm, polished presence in a fast-paced corporate environment
What we’re looking for
8. Previous experience in a corporate law firm or professional services Front of House role is essential
9. A confident host with the flexibility to support hospitality duties — not just reception
10. Immaculate presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a warm, professional manner
11. Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
12. A proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs doing and acts
