Client Collaboration: Interpret technical specifications, contracts, and engage with clients. Resource Coordination: Work with design teams, suppliers, and procurement specialists. Logistics & Documentation: Organise shipments, handle documentation, and oversee delivery packages. Budget & Reporting: Maintain financial responsibility, track costs, and provide billing forecasts. Planning & Execution: Use MS Project and other tools to ensure smooth project progression. Travel Opportunities: UK-based role with occasional overseas travel. What We’re Looking For: Essential Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in Project Management Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and teams Ability to interpret complex technical specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Full UK Driving Licence & UK Passport Ability to obtain SC UK MOD Security Clearance Desirable Skills: Project Management Qualification HNC/HND in Engineering or related field Marine Industry expertise & MoD contract experience Background in engineering manufacturing Familiarity with Fixed Fire Protection Systems Experience using MS Project or planning tools Key Traits for Success: Self-motivated with a positive outlook Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and within a team Strong financial awareness and deadline management Why Join Us?
