Salary and benefits
* Grade 9 - £38,317 pro rata (basic £34,317 + £4,000 pro rata)
* Grade 10 - £38,422 - £41,730 pro rata (basic £35,422 - £38,730; £3,000 pro rata)
* Grade 11 - £41,865 - £45,270 pro rata (basic £39,865 - £43,270; £2,000 pro rata)
