They are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with around 2‑3 years PQE to take the next step in their career.
Role
* Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive
* Location: Buckinghamshire
* Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a wide range of matters including:
* Wills and Estate Administration
* Court of Protection
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Drafting Deeds of Variation
* Inheritance Tax Planning
* Trusts
What the company is looking for
* A qualified solicitor or legal executive in England and Wales with 2+ years of PQE in Private Client law.
* Someone with strong business development skills.
* A keen eye for detail with a strong legal acumen.
