FM Conway is currently seeking a Systems Implementation Manager to join our Aggregates & Asphalt division. This permanent, full‑time position is based at our head office in Sevenoaks.
Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
* Collaborate with the A&A Systems Manager to prioritise business requirements and maintain a roadmap of system developments aligned to business needs.
* Manage external suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery against agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
* Build strong relationships across operational and commercial teams to support development projects and improve business processes.
* Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, identify mitigations and, when necessary, escalates to protect delivery outcomes.
* Support effective change management through stakeholder engagement, user adoption and smooth system implementation.
* Produce regular project updates, communicating progress against objectives, risks and milestones across the business.
* Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Service Delivery Team to support customer experience and team development.
Qualifications & Skills
Organised and proactive with a strong background in project management and digital transformation. Experience delivering IT system implementations and collaborating with technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders across multiple business functions is required. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical audiences, are essential. Experience within the construction industry and managing project budgets are advantageous. Candidates should be delivery‑focused, resilient under pressure and committed to continuous improvement.
