A veryfriendly efficient village practice in the Lincolnshire Wolds seeks a Salaried GP,full time, or part time, with a view to partnership, if desired, down the line.
We take careof just under 10000 population, part dispensing, providing our services fromtwo branches.
We are FTE GP Partners who pride ourselves in teamwork and treat our staff likefamily.

Main duties of the job
Our motto atNorth Thoresby is patient comes first.
Your jobresponsibilities would include 8 Clinical sessions for full time position. Oneon call a week including home visits on those days. Your own administrativework, helping when others are on annual leave and also with extended hours/access.You would be invited to attend weekly clinical and business meetings.
We arelooking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, innovative candidate with great teamworking skills. We are more than happy to mentor recently qualified GPs buildingyour confidence. Pursuing new skills are welcomed.
We can offeryou medical indemnity, six weeks annual leave, excluding bank holidays, one weekstudy leave over the year and CPD time. We follow BMA Contract for competitive, appreciative of qualifications and experience.

Job responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities to include:
1. Inaccordance with the practice timetable the post-holder will make him/her-selfavailable to undertake a variety of duties including face to face consultations,telephone consultations, carry out home visits as required and queries, checking andsigning repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork andcorrespondence in a timely fashion.
2. To produceand comply with a work plan developed in partnership with the Practice Managerand Partners to ensure all Practice and other work is delivered appropriatelyand safely.
3. Participatein activities required to assess compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
4. To provideany services as required for the Primary Care Network agreement includingshared QOF standards and service specifications.
5. To providehigh-quality medical services in the context of general practice to thePatients registered with The North Thoresby Practice.
6. To provideappropriate care and services to Patients in all age ranges and levels ofhealth care needs
7. To respondto medical/health problems presented by Patients on the registered including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral asappropriate.
8. To read andinterpret test requests and results ordered by you and other team memberstaking appropriate action based on the findings.
9. To carry outappropriate administrative and other duties in line with the needs of the Practiceincluding referral to other services and maintenance of records.
10. To maintainclinical records either written or computer based in line with professionalcode and requirements utilising appropriate coding.
11. To work inline with appropriate Practice policies and procedures including humanresources, safeguarding children etc.
12. You will have access to confidential informationrelating to North Thoresby Patients. You are required to exercise dueconsideration in processing such information and you should maintainconfidentiality for Patients.
13. The postholder will, if required to do so, obtain, process and/or use information inline with the GDPR requirements.
14. Promote andparticipate in a high standard of care within the Practice.
