OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE
* 12-18 months experience in the Events industry
* Superb negotiating skills
* A genuine passion for Conference and Events
* Flexibility to work long hours due to the needs of the business
* Excellent personal grooming standards
IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL
* Liaise effectively and concisely with external event organisers
* Ensure that all departments have a clear and thorough knowledge of the client requirements
* Arrange pre-event meetings where necessary and introduce clients to key personnel
* Upsell all facilities to work towards achieving the financial budget for The Collection
* Plan productive site visits, menu tastings, and show-rounds
