Responsibilities
You will report to the Head of Product Management for Product Lifecycle, leading a team of Product Managers, managing complex UIs and services, and driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will own the vision for the Quality area within our Magnetic Value pillar, collaborating with various teams.
You will ensure your team has the necessary skills and resources, set goals and KPIs, handle priorities, and remove impediments. You will also contribute to capacity planning, build and develop your team, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate on future product demands.
Requirements
Experience in product management of UIs and APIs, leading talented teams, and managing the full product lifecycle. Strong stakeholder management, technical understanding, and knowledge of product management methodologies are essential. Experience with UX/UI, transactional APIs, and service-oriented architecture is required. Ability to prioritize technical debt and collaborate with engineering teams is also necessary.
