What you’ll be doing:
* Leading discovery workshops and engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs.
* Designing secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to client goals.
* Collaborating with Sales, PMs, and Delivery teams to define scope, timelines, and success criteria.
* Overseeing solution testing and UAT to ensure seamless adoption.
* Staying ahead of Microsoft’s latest tech and sharing insights across the team.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture.
* Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple industries.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
* Ability to bridge technical and business needs with clear communication.
* Microsoft Solution Architect certifications (or willingness to pursue).
Bonus points for:
* Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party integrations.
* Knowledge of automation tools, AI, and emerging Microsoft technologies.
