Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
Full Time – 37 hours per week
Duration: Fixed Term until November 2026
What You’ll Do:
* Organise and arrange all customer appointments required to support the delivery of the planned works and compliance programmes and stock condition surveys.
* Send all supporting customer communication and keeping a record in relevant CRM and Housing Management systems.
* Raise all work relating to planned works and compliance programmes, raising relevant purchase orders or payments
* Proactive customer communications, keeping customers always informed of progress, liaising with customers and maintenance technicians to amend or reschedule works.
* Monitor the progress of outstanding works, documenting, and escalating issues of no access.
* First point of contact for customer queries regarding the planned investment and compliance work programmes.
What You’ll Need:
* A passion for customer experience and delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience of working in a customer service or customer contact role.
* Ability to follow defined processes and procedures in an accurate and consistent manner.
* Good communication skills (internal and external) demonstrating understanding and support whilst handling/resolving difficult situations.
