You consistently adopt a customer-focused approach, understanding their challenges and leveraging your expertise to guide them toward optimal solutions.In this role you’ll be responsible for maintaining an outstanding relationship with our customers, through professional and proactive account engagement, which is paramount to the ongoing success of our business, and theirs.Across this channel you will be responsible for the full end-to-end sales cycle, identifying opportunities to enhance their technical platform to improve efficiencies, and optimise revenue with Access solutions utilising resources in the broader Accommodation SoftCo & Access teams where required (for example, pre-sales).Your skills and experiences might also include:* Knowledge of, or enthusiasm to learn and follow, the MEDDPICC sales methodology.* Embrace targets and devise your own personal sales strategy to deliver or exceed them.* Provide regular and accurate forecasting information to the business.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with your allocated Accommodation accounts.* Work with the Customer Success team to provide excellent service to your customers.* Wherever appropriate, use ‘remote selling’ techniques to maximise sales efficiency.* Stay current on our products and services.* Confidently demonstrate Hospitality products to customers virtually and in-person.To be successful in this role, you’ll have a sound working knowledge of Hotel PMS, C&B, PoS and/ or Distribution systems.Use a consultative sales approach to ensure that solutions are tailored to our customers unique ‘value based’ requirements.
