What will you be doing?

Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership to provide the best service, keeping our customers and patients at the center. This role involves working with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure product availability meets their and their patients' needs.


What does success look like?

Success will be measured by revenue growth and improved service provision, along with increased efficiency in our interactions with customers. You will take strategic responsibility for your area, working to deliver for our patients and maximize sales revenue across the geography, proactively driving growth in existing and new accounts.


Successful candidates would need the following:

* Experience managing complex accounts in the medical device industry
* Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners
* Business development experience, including identifying and winning new accounts within NHS/private hospital environments
* Ability to stay up-to-date with NHS developments
* Think like a business owner—assess your territory and market trends
* Valid UK Driving License


Travel requirements:

Approximately 75% domestic travel
