(If you do not have experience you will not be processed to interview stage). About the Role: This is a 360 recruitment role managing a hot desk with existing business and strong growth potential. Youll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in temporary recruitment, ideally within logistics. Solid understanding of driver hours regulations and driver classifications (Class 1, Class 2, 7.5T, van drivers, etc.). A self-motivated, target-driven individual with a hunger for success. Strong team player with the ability to manage your own desk. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a hot desk with existing clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Ensure you stick to 100% Compliance Must show a high level of problem Solving Drive performance and revenue through strategic recruitment activity.
