Skilled Labourer Required – Selby
We are looking for a Skilled Labourer based in Selby to work on void social housing properties, supporting trades on site.
Details:
1. Location: Selby
2. Rate: £15 per hour
3. Work: Void social homes
4. Contract Length: 40–50 weeks available
Duties Will Include:
5. Assisting trades on site with day-to-day tasks
6. General labouring duties across void properties
7. Basic fixing, making good, and preparation works
8. Moving materials and keeping work areas tidy
9. Supporting refurb and maintenance activities as required
Ideal Candidate:
10. Previous experience working on domestic or social housing projects
11. Comfortable turning a hand to a variety of tasks and site support work
12. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
13. CSCS card preferred (if applicable)
