Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Monitor and optimise performance using key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, MER, CPA, and Contribution Margin.
Conduct financial and funnel analysis to guide strategic decisions and spot early-stage issues.
Collaborate with the creative team to translate performance data into clear testing directives and campaign ideas.
Act as the performance lead in client meetings, presenting insights, strategies, and next steps.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, either agency or brand-side.
Proven track record of scaling Meta and Google ad accounts beyond $100k/month in spend.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to growth strategy.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + 10% Bonus
