Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planned work stream and maintenance across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard. Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance. Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service. Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements. Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Requirements: Previous experience as a qualified trade person, carpenter, plumber etc ideally within social housing Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
