Business Development Manager, Woking, Surrey
£25,000 - £30,000 DOE Plus Commission Plus Benefits
This is a great new opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a highly successful digital marketing agency to help develop new business opportunities. This role is focused on generating new opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
The role will play a key part in identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and supporting the fullsales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals. This is a permanent full-time role on a hybrid basis.
Job Responsibilities
1. Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities
2. Research and target ideal client profiles
3. Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, networking)
4. Respond to all inbound enquiries (phone, email, website, social media)
5. Book and attend discovery meetings
6. Prepare proposals and present pitches
7. Negotiate and close deals
8. Maintain accurate CRM records
9. Build strong relationships with prospects and partners
10. Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
11. Represent the business at networking events
12. Plan and help deliver company events
