Our client, a global legal services company based in Belfast, is seeking a talented Commercial Contracts Associate to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality, non-contentious commercial matters, supporting a diverse client base across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts.
2. Advising clients on data protection, technology agreements, and outsourcing arrangements.
3. Supporting large-scale projects and transactions to ensure seamless legal service delivery.
4. Collaborating with global teams on cross-border matters.
5. Providing pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.
Ideal Candidate:
* Legal professional with 0-2 years PQE, possibly an experienced Paralegal or a newly qualified solicitor.
* Experience in commercial law, particularly reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Understanding of commercial law and its practical application.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, results-oriented approach.
* Interest or experience in data privacy or technology law is a plus but not essential.
