The Role 2 x Community Safety Officers – London Region, with the main office being Emily House 202-208 Kensal Rd, London W10 5BN You'll be working with a challenging and varied caseload. No two days in this post will be the same as you'll take a proactive approach to tackling anti-social behaviour by carrying out investigative, preventative and enforcement activities, as well as initiating and supporting community projects that help to minimise and prevent such behaviour. You’ll also be progressing legal matters through the court process, responding to a range of safeguarding issues as well as supporting victims of domestic abuse. The role requires you to proactively build relationships with colleagues across internal teams and external agencies, attending multi-agency meetings as required. You'll need to undertake regular visits to customers in their homes and the wider neighbourhoods for which appropriate mileage will be paid. We are looking for great team players with knowledge and experience of the various tools and powers available to us to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour, and excellent communication skills to manage complex safeguarding cases and support victims of domestic abuse.
