Our Store Management Apprenticeship provides a structured career path to help you develop into a leader of the future. You’ll learn about - Leading a successful, dynamic and engaged team - Business and commercial requirements, responsibilities and policies - Driving financial performance and sales - Contingency, training and resource planning - Securing customer loyalty and improving the customer experience - Effective communication styles and techniques - Current and emerging retail technologies The programme typically takes up to 3 years to complete but may be shorter if you live in Wales or Scotland. In your first year, you’ll complete our Stores Career Starter Apprenticeship then start your Deputy Store Manager training as you work towards a Level 3 Team Leader qualification* in the final two years of the programme. Criteria To apply, you’ll need to meet the UK government’s eligibility criteria before your apprenticeship starts.
