Key responsibilities for the Internal Communications & Projects Coordinator role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing and updating website content, ensuring messaging and branding remain consistent.
2. Writing and editing digital content including blogs and website copy.
3. Planning and executing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
4. Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on engagement metrics.
5. Acting as a central coordination point across internal teams to keep projects on track.
6. Managing project trackers, meeting notes and action logs.
7. Supporting go-to-market activity including campaign planning and launch coordination.
8. Assisting with the creation of sales and marketing collateral.
9. Supporting pricing and commercial documentation with research and insights.
10. Providing general operational and scheduling support to senior leadership.
Skills and experience
We’re looking for an Internal Communications & Projects Coordinator who has the following:
11. Strong written communication skills across different formats and audiences.
12. Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
13. Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital content management.
14. Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
15. A proactive, self-starting approach with strong attention to detail.
