Join Clarks as a Sales Team Member

The role
In many ways, you’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into your store. You’ll build rapport by asking questions about what they want and providing great advice to reassure and close the sale, possibly suggesting accessories when appropriate. You’ll play an active role in every stage of the end-to-end selling process. With our first-class training—including coaching, observations, and product knowledge—you’ll have what it takes to meet targets and performance standards. You will also help keep the store neat and tidy and lend a hand in the stockroom.
About you
You are good with people and great in a team, loving to deal with customers. You thrive on the shop floor, engaging actively with sales. Your natural instinct for people helps you know when to make suggestions and when to let customers decide.
An interest in fashion and footwear is essential. As a brand ambassador, you will promote Clarks and take pride in being part of a respected global name. Experience in a similar role and a flexible approach to hours are advantageous.
