Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a new launching scheme? Our client is a leading developer looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to deliver on their high volume site near Acton, West London! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.
This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment. This is a multi-scheme project running over several years, so there is longevity in the role! You will be selling in a diverse area of West London, and having experience selling to international customers is a bonus. Experience selling off-plan is essential.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £32, with a realistic OTE of £50, and paid door to door mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Thursday/Friday as your days off.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.
For this role duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers on site
2. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
3. Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
4. Taking customers on viewings
5. Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
6. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:
11. New homes sales experience working for a housebuilder or agent
12. Experience selling off-plan
13. Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
14. Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
15. Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
16. Be immaculately presented
17. Be available to work on weekends.
