What you’ll be doing:
* Building strong relationships with clients and fully understanding their needs.
* Leading tender preparation, reviewing, and assessing bid documentation.
* Developing bid strategies and ensuring operational, design, and commercial alignment.
* Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
* Leading client meetings, negotiations, and finalising contracts.
* Providing expert technical advice to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
* Collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain.
* Staying up to date with market trends and emerging technologies.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in Electrical Building Services and MEP projects.
* Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and contract management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing.
* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Qualified in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or Building Services.
