We're supporting a major organisation in recruiting a HR Advisor to cover a 9-month maternity leave. This is a full time position paying £45k (FTE) and is due to start as soon as possible. The role will be based in Warwick and providing HR and ER support and advice across a numer of corporate services teams.
Daily duties:
1. Managing a diverse ER caseload from start to finish
2. Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence in handling people matters
3. Supporting the full employee lifecycle and promoting a positive colleague experience
4. Building strong, credible relationships with operational teams
5. Using ER trends and data insights to drive improvements
6. Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
7. Maintaining accurate HR administration in a fast-paced environment
Experience required:
8. Strong HR Advisor experience with solid, hands-on ER exposure
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
10. Confident working with HR systems (Workday experience desirable)
11. Data-driven, commercially minded, and able to balance operational and strategic priorities
12. Experience in logistics or distribution is advantageous
