Account Manager - France at Global Voices Ltd.
Role overview: Global Voices is a commercial services provider delivering communications solutions that help organisations enter international markets. We work with brands and government bodies across public and private sectors worldwide. This is a location-based role at Stirling Head Office with standard office hours.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage strategic client relationships.
* Work towards an annual revenue target.
* Collaborate with Translation/Interpretation Project Managers, manage the quotation process from inbound enquiries, follow up to close deals, and build relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business.
* Manage a busy in-tray, resolve a diverse range of client requests within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
* Involve in marketing campaigns, including industry-specific digital marketing, brochures, and adverts to generate further business.
* Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.
Location & Schedule
Stirling - Head Office - Monday to Friday office based - 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break).
Qualifications
* Native level French — both written and spoken.
* Experience developing and managing client relationships.
* Experience working towards an annual revenue target.
Nice to have but not essential
* Full clean driving licence or local to the area.
* Prior experience in the language services industry.
* Experience of working in a professional services environment.
* A degree in business, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
