What the Job Involves This role involves developing, coordinating, and supporting practice learning arrangements for professional social work training. You will promote and facilitate post-qualifying awards and Continuous Professional Development (CPEL) activities. Key responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the Social Care Workforce Development Plan, coordinating practice teaching, and establishing a local Practice Learning Partnership. You will prepare training plans, manage budgets, and evaluate learning and development effectiveness while engaging with strategic and operational managers. The role also involves maintaining awareness of operational issues, ensuring services are delivered within an Equal Opportunities framework and complying with health and safety legislation.
