As part of this role, you’ll contribute to the visibility, reach and impact of these programmes through professional conversations, aligned marketing activity and thoughtful engagement with prospective participants.

What you’ll be doing
Supporting growth and visibility
* Sharing personal development programmes and events using aligned, authentic messaging
* Testing, learning and refining your approach within a proven marketing structure
* Understanding audience needs and adapting communication accordingly
* Reviewing outcomes and insights to continually improve effectiveness
Holding professional conversations
* Conducting thoughtful, values-led conversations with prospective participants
* Exploring alignment, motivation and readiness
* Supporting a clear, structured onboarding experience
