My international finance client is looking for a FLUENT Italian speaking telephone agent to join their international debt management team and support debt recovery efforts both over the phone and by email.
Basic is £28k plus an OTE/bonus of £1,400 a month.
Ideally you would be:
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Comfortable with telephone calls with Italian clients to discuss debt management
* Arranging payments and discussing outstanding invoices
* Experienced with MS Office programs
* Familiar with database systems
* Basic understanding of finance and finance reports
* A good team player
* Good at building a relationship with clients and customers
* A good communicator
* A good negotiator
