The Opportunity QVC UK is looking for a dedicated Senior Total Rewards Partner to be an important player in our QVC International Total Rewards team. You'll create and innovate our Total Rewards strategy, ensuring understanding of both market practices and our goals. You will report in to the Global Director of Total Rewards and look after the UK and one other QVC International Market. We're seeking someone with Total Rewards experience, especially within retail or media industries. You'll thrive in a complex matrix environment and can partner up and down the ladderfrom team members to executives. Your strong analytical skills are backed by experience supporting and designing total reward programmes, using evaluation methods like Willis Towers Watson and Mercer. Your Impact You will manage the annual Total Rewards cycle, including compensation reviews and survey submissions. You will lead the charge on gender pay gap reporting and national minimum wage adjustments. You'll be the go-to expert for benefits suppliers, taking charge of negotiations and renewals. You will educate and empower our teams by simplifying complex Total Rewards topics. You will monitor programme effectiveness and manage costs aligned with the UK TR budget. What You Bring You'll have experience leading compensation and benefits processes. You have a great understanding of UK regulatory topicsthink UK tax legislation, GDPR, etc. You will have hands-on experience with HRIS systems like Workday. A degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent.
