Order Management CoordinatorHigh Wycombe
A well-established UK manufacturer is looking to appoint an Order Management Coordinator to support their growing operations team.
This role sits at the heart of the business, managing customer orders from initial receipt through to delivery and invoicing. You’ll work closely with sales, production, warehouse, logistics and finance teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, commercially sound, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities:
Processing and entering customer orders accurately
Checking pricing, quantities and order values for accuracy
Coordinating with internal teams to meet delivery schedules
Monitoring order progress and resolving any issues or delays
Communicating with customers on order status and delivery updates
Raising invoices once orders are completed
Maintaining accurate order, pricing and customer recordsWhat they’re looking for:
Experience in order management, customer service or a similar operational role
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers
Comfortable checking pricing, margins and order values
Confident communicator, able to liaise with customers and internal teams
Able to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills (ERP systems and Microsoft Office)
