Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted right-hand to a senior Partner, managing diaries, schedules, and priorities with precision and discretion. Oversee inbox and calendar management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. Serve as a primary liaison for senior stakeholders and clients, representing the organisation with professionalism and confidence. Prepare and proof high-quality documents, reports, and presentations to a consistently high standard. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements, managing all logistics and follow-up actions. Handle expenses, purchase orders, and approvals accurately and efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information. Adapt to changing priorities and provide flexible support to the wider team as required. About You: You will be a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of discretion, clear communication, and strong organisation. Key requirements include: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior level, ideally within the built environment or professional services sectors. A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with confidence when engaging with senior stakeholders and clients. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, professional outputs. A calm, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive under pressure. High levels of discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism. Experience within the property, engineering, or construction sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
